Our unique flavor was developed in Cornwall, and after a number of attempts we weren’t happy with, we finally found the right combination and that is what we use to this day!"
Why is the biltong vacuum sealed?
We seal our biltong air tight so that we do not have to use any chemicals or preservatives to keep our biltong fresh. This prevents deterioration and even enhances the flavour as the meat continues to marinate within the bag! We feel this makes our product truly unique.
Why is the biltong not pink like in some of the pictures?
Biltong when sliced, oxidises and thus the colour changes from a beautiful pink, to a more traditional brown colour. Once vacuum sealed, the oxygen is no longer present and this is what enables us to produce our Biltong free from chemicals and artificial preservatives!
Where do you source your meat?
We source all of our meat from our excellent local butchers in Cornwall, who use the finest beef available.
We aim to dispatch our product within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please note, our Biltong is a bespoke product, and, whilst we don’t anticipate it, there may on occasion, be delays in production. If this happens, you will be advised when placing your order.

All postal deliveries will be made by Royal Mail, or a courier.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our product we operate a returns policy. Please, in the first instance, contact us on: email@example.com. and we will aim to respond within 24 hours to resolve your query.
A full refund or replacement will be offered if our product is substandard, providing we are notified within 24 hours of receipt.
