We aim to dispatch our product within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please note, our Biltong is a bespoke product, and, whilst we don’t anticipate it, there may on occasion, be delays in production.  If this happens, you will be advised when placing your order.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our product we operate a returns policy. Please, in the first instance, contact us on: and we will aim to respond within 24 hours to resolve your query.

A full refund or replacement will be offered if our product is substandard, providing we are notified within 24 hours of receipt.
